Delivery and Returns
- Production and Delivery: made to order. Production takes 3 to 5 business days. Delivery to the US takes about 3 to 7 days. International delivery takes about 2 to 4 weeks. EU orders usually have duty collected at checkout. Every order has tracking.
- Lost or Delayed Orders: if a parcel has not arrived after 2 weeks (US) or 3 weeks (international), contact us.
- Damaged or Faulty Prints: contact us within 30 days through the contact page with photos of the piece and the packaging, and we will make it right.
