Framing and Care
- 8 x 10 in fits a standard 8 x 10 frame, or an 11 x 14 frame with a mount.
- 12 x 16 in fits a 16 x 20 frame with a mount, or a 30 x 40 cm frame with a few millimetres trimmed.
- 18 x 24 in, 20 x 30 in and 24 x 36 in fit standard frames of the same size.
To flatten, unroll the print face down on a clean surface and rest a few books on the corners overnight. Handle by the edges, and keep away from damp and direct sunlight.
Delivery and Returns
Production and Delivery
- Each print is made to order and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days.
- We print in the UK, Europe, North America, Australia and Japan, so most pieces travel a shorter distance with fewer customs delays.
- Estimated delivery after dispatch: 3 to 7 working days in the US, and 2 to 4 weeks for the rest of the world. These are estimates rather than guarantees, and can run a little longer during busy holiday periods.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout, and every order is tracked, with a tracking link sent by email.
- For most EU orders, customs duty is included at checkout, so there's nothing more to pay on arrival.
Lost or Delayed Orders
- Some parcels change carriers for the final leg, and tracking may pause for a few days.
- If nothing has moved for 2 weeks (US) or 3 weeks (international), contact us through our contact page and we'll send a replacement.
Damaged or Faulty Prints
If your print arrives damaged or with a printing fault, contact us through our contact page within 30 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- photos of the print, showing the damage clearly
- photos of the packaging and the packing slip
We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Returns
- Each piece is made especially for you, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
- This does not affect your statutory rights in the UK, EU and EEA.
